  • Black Truffle Sea Salt (60/160g): made from real New Zealand black truffle blended with locally harvested Marlborough sea salt
  • Black Truffle Seasoning (60/200g): a delicious blend of real black truffle and natural spices - truly addictive!
  • Black Truffle Olive Oil (100/250ml): crafted from New Zealand black Périgord truffles and infused with extra virgin olive oil pressed in the Bombay Hills
  • Manuka Smoked Olives (150/350g): cold-smoked and infused with premium olive oil
  • Sichuan Chilli Olives (150/350g): infused with Pepper and Me sesh oil for a fiery kick.

How To Use The Full Range

Baked Cheese Just Got Better

Pour Truffle Olives over any soft cheese and pop them in the oven for 5-10mins. Don't forget to pour the leftover truffle oil from your olive packs all over the baked cheese. (PS works a treat with the whole infused olive range!)

Let's Get Seasoning

If time allows, season your streak with either the Manuka or Truffle Salt 40-minutes prior to cooking. If short on time, season generously before cooking, and then once rested season to taste.

Elevate the Humble Spud

Sprinkle Truffle Salt, Seasoning AND Truffle Oil over potatoes (in any form!) and your meal is instantly elevated...Baked Sweet Potatoes, Roast or Mashed Potatoes or Hot Chips (served with a homemade Truffle Mayo for an even greater truffle flavour).
